Sheet Pan Pancakes from Pancake Mix

These Sheet Pan Pancakes from Pancake Mix are an easy way to a enjoy classic breakfast dish. Only 4 simple ingredients of pancake mix, eggs, butter, and milk are needed to make your weekend complete.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups pancake mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Toppings

  • 1 cup of any toppings such as berries or chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. While preheating, add butter to a sheet pan and place in the oven to melt. Remove from the oven once melted. Spread evenly over the bottom of the pan and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, stir together pancake mix, milk, and eggs until just combined. There should be a few small bubbles and slightly lumpy.
  • Pour the batter evenly into the sheet pan. Top with any toppings.
  • Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes and then slice. Serve with any toppings such as maple syrup, berries, or whipped cream. Enjoy!

Store leftovers in an air-tight container or freezer bag in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
