Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. While preheating, add butter to a sheet pan and place in the oven to melt. Remove from the oven once melted. Spread evenly over the bottom of the pan and set aside.
In a large bowl, stir together pancake mix, milk, and eggs until just combined. There should be a few small bubbles and slightly lumpy.
Pour the batter evenly into the sheet pan. Top with any toppings.
Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes and then slice. Serve with any toppings such as maple syrup, berries, or whipped cream. Enjoy!
