Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds fresh green beans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly spray a sheet pan with cooking spray.
  • Trim the ends of the green beans and spread them out onto the sheet pan. Evenly drizzle or spray with oil. Sprinkle with garlic salt.
  • Roast the green beans for 15-20 minutes until tender, flipping once halfway through. (The time will depend on the thickness of the green beans.)
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Roast for an additional 3-5 minutes. Remove and enjoy!

Notes

Storage: Store any leftovers in the refrigerator in an air-tight container for up to 3 days.
