Ingredients

  • 3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 4 medium Russet potatoes peeled and diced
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ounce packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  • Add chicken, potatoes, and carrots to the bottom of a slow cooker.
  • Mix cream of chicken soup, milk, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl. Pour over meat and potatoes.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 5-6 hours. Serve and enjoy!
