Instructions
Add chicken, potatoes, and carrots to the bottom of a slow cooker.
Mix cream of chicken soup, milk, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl. Pour over meat and potatoes.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 5-6 hours. Serve and enjoy!
