This Chocolate Banana Bark with Granola Butter is a sweet and tasty snack for kids and adults. Only 4 simple ingredients are needed and these treats are ready to enjoy!
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Slice the bananas and place them in rows with the slices touching each other.
Spread granola butter over the tops and in between the banana slices. Freeze 1-2 hours until very firm.
In a small bowl, microwave chocolate chips and oil in 30-second increments until melted. Pour over the bananas and spread over the top evenly. Sprinkle with coarse salt if desired. Break into pieces and enjoy!
