Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Granola Butter
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons neutral oil such as canola or coconut

Instructions

  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Slice the bananas and place them in rows with the slices touching each other.
  • Spread granola butter over the tops and in between the banana slices. Freeze 1-2 hours until very firm.
  • In a small bowl, microwave chocolate chips and oil in 30-second increments until melted. Pour over the bananas and spread over the top evenly. Sprinkle with coarse salt if desired. Break into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

To store: Store covered in an air-tight container in the freezer for up to one week.
