Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup blueberries divided
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese softened
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • 1-2 teaspoons chia seeds optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized bowl, roughly mash half of the blueberries with a fork. Add in the rest of the ingredients (except the remaining blueberries) and whisk together. There will be small pieces of cream cheese throughout. Stir in the remaining blueberries.
  • Pour into a pin-sized mason jar or a sealed container and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours but preferably overnight.
  • Enjoy! Add any topping you prefer like more blueberries, honey, graham cracker crumbs, or a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Notes

Tips:
* Allow at least 4-6 hours (overnight is best) once made for the oats to soak up the liquid.
* If using frozen blueberries, add in frozen or thaw them out for more juices.
* These oats can be made ahead up to 5 days in advance.
