Enjoy this Birthday Cake Oreo Ice Cream (No Churn) to beat the heat! This simple-to-make ice cream only needs 5 minutes of preparation and no ice cream maker is required. It's full of birthday cake Oreos and colorful sprinkles, perfect for any birthday party or celebration!
In a large bowl or stand mixer, whisk together heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form- about 3 minutes. Gently fold in sweetened condensed milk.
Roughly crush Oreos in a food processor. Or place in a freezer bag and roll over with a rolling pin a couple of times until there are large and small pieces. Add Oreos and sprinkles to the ice cream mixture and stir until evenly combined. Save a few Oreo pieces and sprinkles for the top.
Pour the ice cream mixture into a freezer-safe bowl or loaf pan. Add the few pieces of Oreo and sprinkles to the top. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm. Enjoy!
Notes
Helpful tips:
Make sure the bowl is cold when whipping the cream. I like to place it in the freezer for 15 minutes to get it cold before adding the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract.
You will want large and small Oreo pieces so that each bite has Oreos in it.
Choose any type of sprinkles you prefer. The images show Rainbow Sprinkles.
Storage: Cover and place it in an air-tight container in the freezer for up 2 months.*Nutritional values and cook times vary due to differences in appliance temperatures and product selection.
