Ingredients

  • 26 ounces kielbasa sausage sliced
  • 32 ounces sauerkraut drained
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 apple cored and sliced

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to the bottom of a slow cooker and stir.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or on LOW 6 hours.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Storage: Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
