Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 1 lb butternut squash diced
  • 15.25 oz black beans rinsed and drained
  • 28 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 4 oz diced green chilis
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1-1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 14.5 oz chicken broth

Instructions

  • In a pan on medium, cook turkey until brown. Halfway through cooking, add diced onion. Once cooked, add to the slow cooker.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the slow cooker and stir together. Cook on low 3-4 hours or until butternut squash is tender. Enjoy!
