Ingredients

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 12 oz fresh cranberries

Instructions

  • In a medium sauce pan, bring sugar and apple cider to a boil. Continue to boil for 3-5 minutes, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Add cranberries and reduce heat to a low boil on medium-high. Continue cooking for 8-10 minutes while cranberries begin to pop, stirring frequently.
  • Once the sauce has reached the desired consistency, remove from the heat and cool completely.
  • Store in a sealed airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use. Enjoy!

Notes

Cranberry Sauce may be stored in an airtight sealed container in the refrigerator up to 7 days or in the freezer up to 3 months.
If serving warm, allow to cool approximately 20 minutes before serving.
