Easy Crockpot  White Chicken Chili Recipe

This Easy Crockpot White Chicken Chili with Cream Cheese is deliciously creamy with savory chicken, beans, and a hint of spicy chiles all together in a cream cheese broth.

Only a few simple ingredients needed.

Ingredients: – 1 pound chicken breasts  – 1/2 small onion diced – 4 cups chicken broth – 15 ounces corn  – 31 ounces Cannellini, Great Northern, or Navy beans   – 8 ounces  green chiles – 1/4 cup fresh cilantro  – 1 teaspoon chili powder – 1 teaspoon salt  – 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin – 1/2 teaspoon oregano – 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder – 1/4 teaspoon pepper  – 8 ounces cream cheese

Directions: – In the bottom of a slow cooker, add all the ingredients except the cream cheese. – Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours until the chicken is cooked through. Turn off the slow cooker.

– Remove the chicken shred with two forks, then return to the slow cooker. – Slowly stir in the cream cheese until smooth.
