Birthday Cake Oreo Ice Cream

This simple-to-make no churn ice cream only needs 5 minutes of preparation and no ice cream maker is required. It's full of birthday cake Oreos and colorful sprinkles, perfect for any birthday party or celebration!

Ingredients: – 2 cups heavy whipping cream – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk – 22 Birthday Cake Oreos – 2.7 ounces sprinkles

Directions: – In a large bowl or stand mixer, whisk together heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form- about 3 minutes. Gently fold in sweetened condensed milk.

- Roughly crush Oreos in a food processor. Or place in a freezer bag and roll over with a rolling pin a couple of times until there are large and small pieces.

- Add Oreos and sprinkles to the ice cream mixture and stir until evenly combined. Save a few Oreo pieces and sprinkles for the top.

- Pour the ice cream mixture into a freezer-safe bowl or loaf pan. Add the few pieces of Oreo and sprinkles to the top. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
