  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp poppyseeds
  • 2 cups shredded chicken cooked
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 3 strawberries diced
  • 1/2 small apple diced

Instructions
 

  • In a medium size bowl, whisk together mayo, vinegar, sugar and poppyseeds until well blended and creamy.
  • Add chicken, pickle relish, blueberries, strawberries and apple until combined.
