In the bottom of a slow cooker, add chicken breasts. Sprinkle seasoning over the chicken. Add chopped peppers. Pour the entire can of pineapple over the top.
Cover with the lid and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours until the chicken is cooked and tender. Remove chicken from the pot, shred, and return to the slow cooker. Mix together and serve. Enjoy!
