1 lb ground turkey 1/2 onion diced 1 lb butternut squash diced 15.25 oz black beans rinsed and drained 28 oz crushed tomatoes 14.5 oz diced tomatoes 4 oz diced green chilis 2 tbsp chili powder 2 tsp cumin 1 tsp paprika 1-1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/8 tsp oregano 2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 14.5 oz chicken broth
In a pan on medium, cook turkey until brown. Halfway through cooking, add diced onion. Once cooked, add to the slow cooker.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the slow cooker and stir together. Cook on low 3-4 hours or until butternut squash is tender. Enjoy!
