  • Generously spray a 9x13" pan with cooking spray or butter. Add Rice Krispie mix to the pan and gently pat down surface to form to the pan. Allow to completely cool.
  • While Rice Krispies are cooling, microwave chocolate or almond bark at 50% power for 30 second incruments. Stir and continue to microwave until just melted to prevent burning.
  • Once cooled, remove Rice Krispie Treats onto wax or parchment paper. Cut out heart shapes using a cookie cutter. Drizzle chocolate with a spoon over hearts. Add sprinkles and allow chocolate to fully cool before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Gently wet fingertips with water before pushing down the Rice Krispie mix into the pan. This helps prevent mixture from sticking to your hands.
  • In order to keep the Rice Krispie Treats gooey and soft, don't press Rice Krispie mixture too hard into the pan.
  • Be sure to use fresh mini marshmallows or the treats will be too firm.
  • Add 1-2 drops of red food coloring to dye the chocolate pink if so desired.
