Ingredients:– 5 tortillas burrito size – 8 ounces cream cheese – 1/2 cup mayonnaise– 1 ounce ranch dressing mix – 1 cup broccoli– 1 cup cauliflower– 1 cup red pepper – 1 cup carrots – 1 cup Colby Jack cheese
– For each tortilla: spread 1/4 cup of the filling mixture evenly over the surface of the tortilla leaving an inch border around all the sides. Top with 3 tablespoons of each vegetable and cheese. Tightly roll up each tortilla and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least one hour.
