Turkey Reuben Slider Sandwiches

Turkey Reuben Sliders are a delicious twist on a classic sandwich with buttery rolls filled with savory turkey, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese. Make it into a meal or serve as an appetizer for any St. Patrick’s Day get-together or party!

Ingredients: – 12 King's Hawaiian Rolls – 8 ounces sliced deli turkey – 8 ounces Swiss cheese slices – 1/2 cup Thousand Island Dressing or Russian Dressing – 8 ounces sauerkraut well drained – 1/4 cup butter melted – 1/2 tsp onion powder – 1/2 tsp paprika – 1/2 tsp poppy seeds

Directions: – Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly spray with cooking spray or butter a 9×13 inch baking dish. – Cut the rolls in half to separate the top and bottom bun. – In the pan, layer with the bottom buns, then evenly top with 1/2 the of the cheese, 1/2 of the turkey, sauerkraut, dressing, the other 1/2 of the meat, the other 1/2 of the cheese, and then the bun tops.

Directions continued: – In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, onion powder, paprika, and poppy seeds. Brush over the tops of the buns. – Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the center is warm and the cheese is bubbly. Uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes until the tops are crispy. Remove and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
