Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until blended. Fold in the crushed Oreos.

– Using a cookie scoop or a heaping tablespoon, scoop and roll the dough into smooth balls. Add 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar to a small bowl and roll each of the balls in the sugar until covered. – Place each ball on the parchment paper around 2 inches apart and bake for 7-8 minutes until the cookies have baked through and the edges are slightly firm.

- Allow the cookies to cool for 3-5 minutes and then press one Hershey's Kiss in the center of each cookie. Let them cool for an additional 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
